1. Kabul ve Onay

Şua uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartları'nı ("Şartlar") kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

Bu Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA), sizinle Sedahi Köklüce ("Geliştirici") arasında yapılan yasal bir anlaşmadır.

2. Lisans

Geliştirici, bu Şartlara uymanız koşuluyla Uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için size sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, geri alınabilir bir lisans vermektedir.

Yapamayacağınız İşlemler:

• Uygulamayı kopyalamak, değiştirmek veya dağıtmak
• Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, kaynak koda dönüştürme ya da parçalarına ayırma işlemi yapmak
• Uyguladaki fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal etmek
• Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla veya bu Şartlara aykırı kullanmak
• Uygulamayı başkalarına alt lisanslamak, kiralamak veya ödünç vermek

3. Abonelik & Uygulama İçi Satın Alma

3.1 Abonelik Planları

Şua Premium aboneliği aşağıdaki planlarda sunulmaktadır:

• Aylık Premium: Aylık olarak yenilenen abonelik
• Yıllık Premium: Yıllık olarak yenilenen abonelik

3.2 Otomatik Yenileme

Abonelikler otomatik olarak yenilenir. Ödeme, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce App Store veya Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak aynı plan ve fiyatla yenilenir.

3.3 İptal

Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz:

• iOS: Ayarlar > Apple ID > Abonelikler bölümünden
• Android: Google Play > Abonelikler bölümünden

İptal işlemi, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur. Kalan süre boyunca premium özelliklere erişiminiz devam eder.

3.4 AI Kredi Paketleri

Ek AI soru hakları tek seferlik uygulama içi satın alma ile edinilebilir. Kredi paketleri tüketim ürünüdür ve iade edilemez.

3.5 Ücretsiz Deneme

Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğu durumlarda, deneme süresi sona erdikten sonra belirtilen fiyattan abonelik otomatik olarak başlar. Ödeme yapılmadan önce deneme süresini iptal edebilirsiniz.

4. Kullanıcı Hesabı

Bazı özellikler hesap oluşturmanızı gerektirebilir. Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan ve güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.

• Hesabınızı paylaşmak veya başkasına devretmek yasaktır
• Hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleşen tüm aktivitelerden siz sorumlusunuz
• Yetkisiz erişim şüphesinde derhal bizi bilgilendirmelisiniz

5. AI İçerik ve Sorumluluk

Uygulama, yapay zeka destekli dini içerik ve soru-cevap hizmeti sunmaktadır.

• AI tarafından üretilen cevaplar bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve fetva niteliği taşımaz
• Dini konularda kesin hüküm için yetkili din alimlerine başvurmanızı öneririz
• AI yanıtlarının doğruluğu garanti edilmez; kullanıcı kendi sorumluluğunda değerlendirmelidir
• Kur'an mealleri ve hadis çevirileri referans amaçlıdır

6. Kabul Edilemez Kullanım

Aşağıdaki davranışlar kesinlikle yasaktır:

• Uygulamayı kötü niyetli, yasa dışı veya zararlı amaçlarla kullanmak
• Uygulamanın altyapısına zarar verecek işlemler yapmak
• Diğer kullanıcıların deneyimini olumsuz etkilemek
• Otomatik botlar veya scriptler ile sistemi istismar etmek
• İslam dinine hakaret veya saygısızlık içeren içerik üretmeye çalışmak

7. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama ve tüm içeriği (tasarım, kod, grafikler, logolar, ikonlar, sesler) Geliştirici'nin fikri mülkiyetidir ve telif hakkı yasalarıyla korunmaktadır.

Kur'an-ı Kerim metinleri ve mealleri ilgili kaynaklardan alınmış olup, kamuya açık içeriklerdir.

8. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Geliştirici:

• Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez
• AI içeriklerinin %100 doğruluğunu garanti etmez
• Kullanıcının Uygulama kullanımından doğabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlar için sorumluluk kabul etmez
• Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerinin (internet, cihaz, işletim sistemi) performansından sorumlu değildir

9. Değişiklikler

Bu Şartları herhangi bir zamanda güncelleme hakkımız saklıdır. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirim veya e-posta ile duyurulacaktır. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

10. Fesih

Bu Şartları ihlal etmeniz durumunda hesabınızı askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır. Fesih durumunda:

• Kullanılmamış AI kredileri iade edilmez
• Aktif abonelikler mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar devam eder
• Kişisel verileriniz Gizlilik Politikamıza uygun şekilde işlenir

11. Gizlilik

Kişisel verileriniz Gizlilik Politikamız kapsamında korunmaktadır. Uygulamayı kullanarak Gizlilik Politikamızı da kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

12. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

1. Acceptance and Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the Şua application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and Sedahi Köklüce ("Developer").

2. License

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

You May Not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Violate any intellectual property rights in the App
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms
• Sublicense, rent, or lend the App to others

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

3.1 Subscription Plans

Şua Premium subscription is offered in the following plans:

• Monthly Premium: Monthly auto-renewing subscription
• Yearly Premium: Yearly auto-renewing subscription

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The subscription will automatically renew at the same plan and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play > Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features for the remaining time.

3.4 AI Credit Packages

Additional AI question credits can be acquired through one-time in-app purchases. Credit packages are consumable products and are non-refundable.

3.5 Free Trial

When a free trial is offered, the subscription will automatically begin at the stated price after the trial period ends. You may cancel the trial before any payment is made.

4. User Account

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information.

• Sharing or transferring your account is prohibited
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access

5. AI Content and Disclaimer

The App provides AI-powered Islamic content and question-answer services.

• AI-generated answers are for informational purposes only and do not constitute religious rulings (fatwa)
• For definitive religious rulings, we recommend consulting qualified Islamic scholars
• The accuracy of AI responses is not guaranteed; users should evaluate at their own discretion
• Quran translations and hadith translations are provided for reference purposes

6. Prohibited Use

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Using the App for malicious, illegal, or harmful purposes
• Actions that may damage the App's infrastructure
• Negatively affecting other users' experience
• Exploiting the system with automated bots or scripts
• Attempting to generate content that insults or disrespects Islam

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content (design, code, graphics, logos, icons, sounds) are the intellectual property of the Developer and are protected by copyright laws.

Quranic texts and translations are sourced from relevant authorities and are publicly available content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." The Developer:

• Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI content
• Is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App
• Is not responsible for the performance of third-party services (internet, device, operating system)

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced through in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Unused AI credits are non-refundable
• Active subscriptions continue until the end of the current period
• Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

11. Privacy

Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction over any disputes.
